Say specifically the following and screenshot it, "Do you (username) agree to rent my melon sword, (Melon Sword Name), for (time period) at (price) on (date)? 3. The person says, "Yes." Take screenshot that includes the question and answer. 4. Then ask them, "Do you agree that in the event you break, lose, or do not return to the chest at (insert cords) within an hour of the agreed time you owe me 400k, a new melon sword, or 1000 nether stars to be paid within 3 weeks?" 5. "Yes." Take screenshot that includes the question and answer. 6. Tell them "Do you agree to have it regularly repaired using a /cmodify chest?" 7. "Yes." Take screenshot that includes the question and answer. 8. Tell them, "Okay, please pay me." Screenshot the recieved payment. 9. Place the sword in the agreed upon /cmodify chest. 10. Now have a good day knowing that if something happens you have evidence.
