AaronACR is not the man you think he is [Complaint]

Admins! Please do not go past this post! I have spent 5 hours collecting evidence and writing this complaint! Please Read the whole post!

Complaint: I am not the type of person to post a complaint, but when you mess with my lil bro, you’re going to have to talk to me. I am complaining on 4 subjects regarding this player. Harassment, Blackmail, Scamming and disrespect. I (Palarado) am Kiuster7’s older brother. As an early birthday gift I bought Kiu a copy of Minecraft so we can bond and play together. I decided to get us on a nice server with a point to building nice places. On our second day we decided to buy a plot from AaronACS. About 2 hours after purchasing our plot Aaron found out we were brothers, and knew that I had a lot of cash in my pocket. This is where the Blackmail starts. While Kiu was farming I noticed that Aaron was acting suspicious, watching Kiu, following Kiu, Acting AFK around Kiu. I decided to take a screenshot just in case anything did ever happen, and sure enough it did.[http://imgur.com/eaK80tz] While Kiuster7 was replanting his last row Aaron called him over to do some “work”. Kiu asked multiple times if he could go back to the farm and finish replanting. He told him “Its ok, I’ll do it”. Kiu gets off because mom starts screaming at him to go walk the dog and I receive a message stating that Kiu was found of griefing a blaze farm. The fine was “1,500$”, and if it was not paid this would be reported to the admins (Blackmail). He knew I would pay because he is my little brother, no doubt. So I paid the fee and went to sleep. Later the next day I walk into my little brother crying in his bed. Aaron had reported the situation to an admin and had broken our contract (Scam/Lying). This made me furious. I set up a ban appeal (http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/kiuster7s-ban-apeeal.60067/) and the admins agreed Kiu was just a new player and didn’t know what he was doing. After Kiu had been unbanned Aaron was furious and called me a “douch” (disrespect)(http://imgur.com/yJCQ9xV). Clear that he has a grudge against us, he attempts to milk me of my wallets… AGAIN! I get a message saying… “Bad news, Kiu griefed again, this time it’s going to be 3k” (http://imgur.com/q3XhTRs). I checked the place out and this was griefed before I paid the first 1.5k for Kiu, he doesn’t care if it was before or after, He just wants “3k”. After paying he claims he never received the 3k (lying). But this is the catch. I asked his co-owner and he confirmed Aaron told him that I had paid the money (http://imgur.com/FCTe3Y7). Another argument that (I don’t have screenshots on this one) can be used under Blackmail/Lying/Scamming is that before buying the plot Aaron agreed for us to pay half now and half after for the plot. After selling my first apartment buildings I paid him the other half of the debt. He then claims I didn’t and asks me “do you have any proof” (http://imgur.com/PGzwJvu). Funny thing is Co-mayor admits to me paying my whole debt. A lot of the stuff that Aaron is accusing Kiu and I of have happened before Kius ban and was on our first day.

I would like to add that I have friend who are witnessing him breaking rules. One rule is that you can’t kick a banned player out until 1 week of the ban. He is destroying my hard worked condo right as I type this

Hopefully this is more than enough evidence. I put a lot of time into my condo that he has destroyed and I am sure that the members are disappointed there property has just been griefed by there mayor. Please take action. Please. Also an unban On Kiuster7 and I Palarado would be great, I need to re build these before my residents become upset.

 

Just spoke with someone, he was not allowed to have asked for the admins to open my chests as it has not been 2 weeks yet. This is unfair as it has not even been the first day yet.

Sure I can upload the full things. And yes, most of them are from the devoloper console that cant be edited. But Even from what I have put up this should be more than enough. Usally it takes a screenshot or 2, I have caught him doing rule breakers in 4 subjects that do not have console notes.

theese are all that were simplified made full, Hope you can finally take action against this bully. HAte how he has been picking on my bro and verbally calling us names, been warned before and theres another complaint on him under the same topic.

*NOTE*I am sure that the launcher cant be changed. It usally is there for cases like this also for devoloper notes. But I am no expert on this so dont take my word on it.

 

Aaron, you got Kiuster7 and I (Palarado) banned for grief that we did on our first night. Also our 2nd night on the server. You agreed that I'd I paid 1,500 you would not contact the moderators and you did. Getting Kiuster7 banned. Please check the screen shot full of "Proof we paid the fee". You kept on blackmailing me to pay fees. After Kiuster7 was un-banned because of your little set up you used another thing that he griefed BEFORE he was banned the first time. It was 3k or admins. I paid the 3k only to see a moderator looking at the grief… AGAIN. It was not at a ban level and I have no clue what you did from there. You then come around randomly and ask for the other half of the plot payment or else we had to move out imdently and he would call the admins on our previous griefs. The blackmail never stopped. You just kept attacking my wallets and I have over well 5 witnesses. You then find another grief from our first day and then you say I'm reporting this. And this is where WE GET BANNED. Kiuster was banned for something he did before his first ban. Where he was instructed the rules. This intrigues me the most out of everything. He gets us banned and destroyed the apartments that I spent 6 k in materials on and keeps them. This is grief and I have in game proof that I can show you that it was grief. It might of not been grief to me. But it was grief to the people who owned the apartments. It was not "my building". It was a building to 6 others who are not banned. Grossenberg, Loopy_Island, ender(something), Deid09, Bdub1997, and Kjing09(was being asked to move out in 3 days). The rules state that if they are not banned they need a notice of 3 days and a valid reason to move out of there plot/town. There was no good reason for him to destroy there property, and if there was it certainly has not been 3 days.

 

Is there not anything you can do? I can prove to you Aaron was griefing. Please message me on steam (Palarado). I promise you I can and will prove to you that Aaron broke server rules an has griefed 8 people (including I and my brother)s property. As for te screenshots that are ig those should be enough proof that something did happen. Also the 2 pics that's state Aaron is destroying the condos and refuses to give his/my supplies back are from Facebook. I couldn't do a full screen cap as I don't want our names to show.
