Lakewood has recently been purchased by me from chompin_02 who bought it from schloty who bought it from some other guy xD I know that most of the town has been flattened and that you have already had a warning to clear out, but this is your final warning! you MUST remove your stuff from the town! That will be all and thank you for your cooperation.

yes... I was away for a while also. is there a deadline that we can meet so that we have time to move out? this is too short notice especially since our mayor did not notify the homeowners.
Hello thecreator767, Congrats on your new town purchase. I understand that you have to flatten the town and construct it to your liking. We, the members of lakewood, were only notified on monday and it is currently wednesday. This gives us less than a 48 hour notice; with this being said it is a little bit tedious and stressful to buy a plot and safegaurd belongings. Not only that, but withing that 48 hour notice we were not able to get into the town of Lakewood due to a fence being put up and the inability to temporarily deconstruct walls. Consequently, I was only able to get into the town today (23 January 2013). I have cleared out most of my stuff in my chests now but I cannot clear out my coal in the [5] furnaces I have. Also, can we meet sometime in-game so that I can get compensation for the destruction of my house. If I cannot get to my furnaces to collect my coal I ask that I receive them in-game if that is possible. Also, I ask that I receive 2 stacks of oak log and 2 stacks 0f oak planks. This isn't that much to ask for and my requests are less than that of which my house was constructed out of. I'm sure the other members of the town of Lakewood would also appreciate some sort of compensation. If you would, please message me back within the next 12 hours so we can work something out. If you don't can you please give me either 5K (cost of all stuff together including plot) or a plot in the new town (the same size as the one I had) with an enderchest, 128 oak logs, 5 furnaces and 64 smooth stone. All villagers can buy a pre build or a plot in my town, let me know with the use of /msg or /mail or send me a pm on the forums. This is so you have a nice place to live and store your items. ReDnAx1991 I will be online all Saturday and Sunday

The mayor of the town has the right to remove anything from the town if they have given you at least 3 days. In this case that it is a whole town, he must give you at least 7 days before he can tear down the houses.
YES I KNOW that he must give us three days warning and 7 to deconstruct buildings but absolutely did not!!! There was no warning at pre-warning at all given. Thecreator767 blocked off the town so nobody could get inside immediatly before he blocked it off. I do not understand why everyone is defending this guy!?! I have filled out a grief report for the destruction of the homes (others as well not just mine) and the theft of materials.
I also do not understand why thecreator767 refuses to communicate with us. This is only more evidence that he is trying to avoid getting caught griefing and/or scamming.
