If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'. My Own Words: Don't try and scam people. Why I should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I did not scam anyone there was literally no evidence of the persons accusing me even having the items they accused me of scamming. Furthermore, the only evidence of me even being near one of the accusers was a "hi" in local chat. I was at my own town, not out somewhere where I wouldn't normally be. I've private messaged @KMaxwell in game before I was banned and explained my side of the story about the accusation by upmoon. I will repeat it for the sake of this appeal. I was pmed by a builder asking for a water placement, when I tried to respond I got upmoon. So me saying "I'll do it for free" was referring to the water placement. As for the tp request, when I saw it I immediately thought it was the builder so I accepted, and when I saw that it wasn't I left. As for the accusation by AGP there is no evidence of me even offering him an erep, a feature of which I do not have. Literally the evidence he posted was of me saying "hi" in local chat in my own town, and then him saying "umm" then "my pick" If this constitutes evidence of scamming then people could be saying the same thing in local chat in others towns and getting people banned for "attempted scamming". I've been on ECC for about a year and have never seen a mod bring the ban hammer down so fast with no evidence. P.S. if a mod is going to post that I need to rethink my stance and tell the truth as often is the case with ban appeals, don't hold your breath, this is the truth of what happened and it's not going to change.

Please do not post or comment on appeals or complaints like this. I can assure you that staff are aware of a user's history, and will take all evidence in to consideration in regards to this appeal.
@eandy1234 If your message to upmoon as a wrong chat as you claim, why then was another message sent, presumably asking him to come to your town? As well, please provide the estimated time and date of when this occurred as we will be looking into this and investigating all possibilities.
The builder I was talking to asked me where I was, I said "my town". I never asked anyone to come to my town. In fact the tp that I accepted was for me to tp to them not the other way around. This was yesterday later in the day I'm not sure of the exact time but if I had to guess probably between 5 PM and 7 PM. Hope that's some help.
what happened was i asked for an erep and he said he could do it for free his name was purple so i asked where he was because i assumed he was in pvp or sg so i was implying him to leave that place so that he could come erep me. then he replied saying "my town". also nicit i think that in the third picture on my complaint for eandy has a time stamp saying that it was 8:50 pm in bloomington indiana
