    @nicit6 is there any way that we can combine all of the debts even though they aren't due yet? I think that would be easiest for all of us.

    I'm pretty sure I'm owed 175k. He owed me 150k for the 105k loan and 25k for an extension fee.

    Yes. The complaint is for two agreements. One for the 105k loan with a 150k payback (first two screenshots) and the other is for the 25k extension fee. This makes for a total of 175k.

    I'd submit a separate complaint. That contract may have issues because he technically never agreed. In addition, make sure to post images of you following through with your end of the deal!

    Kick_Me_1235 has sent me a forum pm explaining he will not be able to play at this time and I am therefore reverting / denying this appeal.

    I will delete the above posts which handled the issue to avoid confusion though these two clauses are still in effect:
    As well, the account @Olafthe_Great is not eligible to appeal until you are cleared of all debt, even the debts not included in this appeal but are still pending.

    Anyone who is currently owed a debt by Kick_Me may hereby file a complaint so we can get all debts on the record and added to the schedule as soon as possible. (Please cite this post as permission for doing so).
