That's not saying that I don't take FULL responsibility for what I did. Blackmail: I blackmailed @Revanrose6 stating something about her and softly dating.. I don't exactly remember; revan if you would like to reply with what it was, or even forum PM I can edit it in. Attempting to get staff to abuse powers: Locks: I was trying to get locks removed, and asking questions. I said to Dewsy, you can't remove this lock? Well that's dumb, but I also included shortly after that I was sorry about that and I know he was only trying to do his job. Staff Voting: I asked a couple of staff members if they liked my application.. that was it, them after stating that they can't tell me. I have no idea why I asked.. I knew it was against the rules. It was completely unacceptable to continue asking. Note: Don't worry, i'm never applying for staff again. Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Clause 4 - Common Sense and Bending the Rules While this is a gaming environment, EcoCityCraft is also a very large community. As such, we expect that all players use their common sense. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Common sense extends to not bending the rules. Bending the rules constitutes as very severe trolling, and is not tolerated in any form. Encouraging others to break the rules is not using your common sense. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Harassment, is not allowed, and will be strictly punished. Attempting to get staff to abuse powers is not allowed, and as there is no section of rules about it, it's common sense.. And attempted blackmail is not allowed; it's also a strict punishment. Every rule I broke was bad.. that being said, if more punishment as of /ch ban global loganeric, something like that needs to be involved in game, i'm all up for that! What I did was wrong and I know that! Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Let's break this down in sections: 1.) You might think that i'm an asshole, but I don't care! I'm sorry what I did, that's all I can say.. if you don't like me, i'm sorry. 2.) I'm a sorta high donator, and I will continue to donate for ECC. 3.) Some of the people on ECC are amazing, and it would be very awful to not be able to communicate with them. 4.) I love ECC, I really hope that I can at least come back.
2 things: 1: Skype evidence/chat isn't valid, so your claims against softly are dropped right there. 2: lol. That picture of chat you posted with Andrew was from atleast a week or two ago and a complaint against the owner won't get very far. Anyways, two completely irrelevant excuses for your idiotic and completely wrong actions. You should know the rules after 2 years... Sorry revanrose for that unnecessary post. I'll accept the warning or other punishment i get for this post.

Wow... I tell you to write an appeal that doesn't make me want to perma ban you and you write this. Lets be serious half the charges you were given have been going on for a month or so. I have proof of several cases of what I've stated and clearly, you simply want to write it off as being other people's fault. Did other people force you to ask a GA to grief into someone's vault? How about force you to ask the SA to force a lock for you? Or did other people force you to tell me that it was okay to do all of those aforementioned things because it was 'bending the rules, not breaking them.' Did other people force you to push every staff member you could for staff vote information? And I'm not just talking about what their opinion was of you. From what I've heard and seen you specifically were asking about other people's votes for you. Did anyone else force you to do any of that? Hmm as of right now you may only appeal to me. In my inbox. As it stands, I'm starting to think you don't see the seriousness in this situation. I have never in my life seen a ban that didn't say 'perma' next to it that is as severe as yours. So for once, I'd suggest you be grateful for this final opportunity and file an appeal that actually is honest. I'm assuming you don't want your reputation ruined, which is why the honesty is left out of this appeal. Don't worry, send me the honest truth and I'll consider it.
