Minecraft Username: My Minecraft username is lolelf123. Reason: I was banned for "Harassment/Repeated Use of Vulgar Language/Accusing other players after numerous warnings", per this complaint. (Banned by @Dewsy92) Counter-Reason: There is simply no counter reason to this ban appeal. I have been banned 5 times on this server. This is a completely unacceptable number of times to be banned. Every time, I say that I will improve. From this appeal on October 23, 2013, just two months after I joined the server. From this appeal on February 14, 2014, just 4 months after my previous appeal, and 6 months after joining the server. From this appeal on February 24, 2014, just 10 days after my previous appeal, and 6 months after joining EcoCityCraft. I improve for maybe a month or two, and then it all just goes downhill. I honestly have no idea what has gotten into me, but last night I played 36 hours of Minecraft, and I was obviously very cranky. My parents said I am raging way too much over Minecraft, and I will agree with them. Minecraft is just a game, and if I am a huge nuisance to the server, I deserve to be banned. I would like to apologize once more to some users, such as @BackToThePast, @MSU_SPaRtAns321, and @Tanmanyellow17. My language and harassment, as stated above, is completely unacceptable. I hope that we can still be nice to each other, and I will try not to emotionally hurt any of you via EcoCityCraft's chat. I would also encourage anybody to help me out, and tell me when/if I should stay quiet and not say anything that could get me in trouble. @pat2100 helped me out one time this week that I can recall really helped me out, and I feel that our argument could have ended up getting me in big trouble, such as the status I am in right now. I completely understand why I was justly banned as so, and ask for a harsh punishment this time around. I was going to ask for a temp ban on the forums, but wanted to log in to the server and ask the mods if I can get a temp ban of something shorter than 3 days, like 36 hours. Then, I noticed I was banned. If I file a ban appeal now, and ask for a lengthy/harsh punishment now, I believe that it will take the place of a 3 day temp ban. The rule(s) I have broken are copy and pasted below from the EcoCityCraft Wiki page found here: Clause 2 - Trolling This rule is super simple. Don’t be a troll, and especially don’t troll others away from the server. Please look up “Troll (Internet)” for a more comprehensive definition. This includes flaming or attempts to start any form of chaos and discord within the server. Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. I'm sorry if this makes no sense, but I have not proofread this. Evidence: There is no evidence to be provided to this ban appeal. Thank you for taking the time to read this, staff, and players. I'm not giving you any tempban. I'm denying this appeal. You clearly put effort into this appeal. But it's no different from your last 4 appeals. You apologize, then you say what you did was unacceptable, then you insert an excuse, after which you apologize to the people involved, and after that you request a harsh punishment. (along with some "I realize what I did was wrong") This time you also added in some broke rules and quotes from previous appeals, confirming what I said. The problem at hand is that you don't have any self control and you repeatedly break the rules until we put a stop to this. Your current ban is not from a single cranky night, it's not from a single time. It's the accumulative amount of warnings you've gotten over time. It almost looks like you think you can get away with it as long as you write a long appeal and even suggest giving you a harsh punishment. Not this time. You may appeal again in 1 day. I expect something better. Locked, denied.
