[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Scamming block_crusher multiple accounts Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Scamming means to me that you are unfairly stealing an item from an innocent player. That intended to get there side of the agreement without having to report the other player for not doing there side of the agreement. Multiple accounts means to me that you are using multiple accounts to do something good for your main account like scamming someone for something valuable. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: i feel bad about what happened to block_crusher because i wouldn't like it if i spent a lot of time on getting a melon sword and i rented it out to someone and then never returned it. Also i have nothing to do during the summer so i would hopefully have a lot of free time but one problem the only computer i can use is my brothers and he might not let me play all the time but i should be able to use it a lot. And i miss playing on ECC also i spent a lot of money on features and i would hate for that to go to waste. Of and one more thing at the time when this happened i was tired of the server and my brother Washingtonc asked me if i was ok if he used my account to scam someone so i said sure. I realize its still my fault that i let him but idk what happened to the melon sword i think he broke it at some point. Thank you for reading this and i hope i can pay block_crusher back
@block_crusher From this complaint found here, I see that a payment of $800,000 ECD is due. Can you please confirm this? @monsterwarrior88 Seeing as you've already successfully appealed for this same ban reasons a few times, yet made no effort to actually repay the money, I'd like to ask you a few questions before we continue to allowing you to return. As you've said yourself, now that it's summer would you be willing to work with @block_crusher and myself to repay these dues as fast as possible? Meaning, I'd set up a sign for you to put weekly payments of $100,000 ECD per week into which can be collected/monitored by @block_crusher . Eventually, after 8 weeks it would total up to the complete amount of $800,000 ECD.
@monsterwarrior88 Very well. Seeing as the both of you have the teleport donation package, I have set up a trade sign at /warp beautiful containing eight signs in increments of $100,000 ECD each. The total amount for all 8 signs should total the required amount of $800,000 ECD. That being said, you will have exactly one week from the day you're unbanned to pay each increment of $100,000 ECD in to the sign. This is your fourth offense regarding this matter, I don't want to see any slacking. Payments due dates as follow before 11:59 PM EST; June 29th July 6th July 13th July 20th July 27th August 3rd August 10th August 17th I will be keeping close contact with both yourself and @block_crusher to ensure payments are being made. Lastly, you will be issued a 4 day temp since this is your fourth offense. This should leave you with a full week of time for your first weeks payment.
