Rule B (Breach of Contract) - The failure to withhold one's end of the deal. In this example, failing to pay back a loan in the allotted amount of time. I have taken a break from this sever and I would like to come back and start fresh. I feel as if I have always known the rule, but foolishly broke it. I have reviewed the rules and ToS of this sever and feel like I should be given another chance. I understand that I have done wrong, and am willing to fix it now that I have time to play and will have the ability to pay back my debts. Since this is my first offence of this type, I ask for an extra small amount of lenience in the ruling of this appeal. Roie

Thank you for wishing to appeal @Roie. Breach of contract/Scamming are some of the most serious offenses here on ECC. As this is your first time scamming, I will be giving you a 3 day temporary ban. During this time, I expect you to read the rules to make sure this doesn't happen again. Now onto paying back those you have scammed. According to your deal with @Avowin, you were to owe $15,000 in 1 day to him. For @Phantomine you owed $20,000 in 1 week. Upon your return, I expect you to contact those who you owe money, and you are to figure out how and when to pay each of them back. You will be unbanned on January 21st when your temporary ban is up. Your first due date will be for @Avowin in 7 days from your returning (January 28th). Your second due date will be for @Phantomine in 7 days from when @Avowin's is due, this will be February 4th. Make sure to pay them back as soon as possible, paying off early is never bad. Anyway, welcome back to EcoCityCraft.
