Hello @wcb02, I'll be handling your appeal. Before I get started I'd like to confirm the amounts you owe. It appears you owe @Gmoneyman118 two separate debts, one of 15k and one of 55k, totaling 70k. Is this correct as far as you know?
Ok so he payed back an amount to me but I lack the exact figures which is where I hoped he had screenshots because me over or undervaluing his amount will be a loss for someone. When he payed he just kind of gave me a lump sum and I assumed he'd pay back more later but instead he got banned and I don't go the number. We can try to work it out if he he any ideas.
@wcb02 @Gmoneyman118 Would it be possible for you two to work out the amount that remains as you both know some amount has been paid but lack the correct figures.
I'm fine with talking it out. My first offer is that as we assume at least half the debt was payed we can negotiate the due dates for a $35,000 settlement. Half of the original $70k
