This is a fair warning to everyone. No irrelevant posts on this thread, forum warnings will be given out.

 

I am completely fine with receiving the $260k refund.
If you do happen to get the $50 in coupons, forum pm me for a deal and negotiations.

 

At this stage im on the fence with ur ban appeal, If you are allowed to come back do you even have enough money to buy a msword
+ 5 or more days compensation and repay a 260k debt?? rumor has it you sold my sword for a low price

@Dewsy92 I have some evidence! In the screenshot posted by @Ceebrett, giant said something in chat after leaving @Ceebrett, which means his computer becoming unresponsive was a lie.

 

Let us keep unnecessary comments out of this ban appeal. This is just a warning for future posting.

Thank you for posting relevant information, but for the future you should send that kind of information to the staff member handling the complaint/ban appeal in a forum conversation.

 

Ok, I have decided to clean up this thread because there is a risk of important information being lost amongst the sea of unnecessary and argumentative drivel.

@TheZombieMuffin - You clearly can't understand the warnings which have been given to you, so I have given you yet another forum warning which has led to an automatic tempban.

As for everyone posting, we are more than aware of the situation and have yet to make a decision. Anymore flame baiting/unnecessary posting risks not just forum warnings but forum temp bans.

As for this appeal, I would like to get a list of your current debts @Giant_leader before the appeal is considered anymore. Is the following list correct?

1 Msword - @Ceebrett (Complaint)
$50 in features (2 x $25 coupons) or 260k - @oRON647 (Complaint)
70k - @milesdarkedge (Complaint)

(Note: If you have filed a complaint against Giant and I have missed you off, please feel free to post below letting me know)

 

I have loaned him 20k, deadline was yesterday, so after he was banned. I thought about waiting for the result of this appeal first, but should I post a complaint for the record?

 

If the deadline has passed then please file a complaint and link the complaint here when it has been handled.


I would also like to try and get a picture as to how much total debt you are in @Giant_leader. Do you have a note of all of the loans that you have taken out? Similarly, anyone who has loaned Giant money but the deadline hasn't passed (Ie. You can't post a complaint), please forum PM the information so I can make a note of it to get an idea of the full picture. Thanks!

@dumdum71 i have given this user a loan. He owes me 150k on the 26th.

 

Giant owes me 590k due today, but i can let him have more time. Note: User owed me 450k, + 140k in 20k a day late fees. I am willing to not file a complaint against him as long as the 20k a day late fees continues. If not, I will file a complaint.

 

Please could you file the complaint after the deadline?

Ok, thank you. What other loans do you have out but which the deadline hasn't passed yet?

Has this debt been forgotten about? I don't know about the others on the list but I haven't been paid back and I haven't heard of any action that will be taken on it since he was unbanned.

 

He has been banned since that appeal (not including this one) so those debts aren't considered now unless a complaint has been filed on them as we don't know what has been paid back and what hasn't etc.

Could you possibly file a complaint regarding that debt, quoting that appeal as evidence, so that we have an up-to-record and I will add it to my list. Thanks.
