Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain any rules that you allegedly broke in your own words to show that you understand what the rule means: Scamming is the action in which one steals from another, usually by means of trickery. Therefore, stealing anything in any way from other users is illegal and leads to a punishment of a ban. Reason you feel you should be unbanned: It was never my intention to scam, and I wish to return to this server. I owe upwards of 250k, and I plan on using all of that time trying to reach that amount and return where the money is due. I feel like 250k is a lot, and I feel like I would get greedy in lotto, so if it's possible to ban me from lotto until the money is returned, that would be great.

Since you're deciding to appeal, we have to get inline how much is owed and for how long you have to make the money. During the period of this ban, you scammed 2 people; @TimmyChoi and @blgordon. You owe $220,000 between the 2 users. As this is your first scamming ban, I will temporarily ban you for 3 days. During this time I recommend you re-read the rules here. On your return, you will owe $140,000 to @TimmyChoi and $80,000 to @blgordon. You will be paying timmy's first as his complaint came first, and was the initial reason to you getting banned. The $140,000 will be due 2 weeks after you get back (Jan 17th, 2015.) from there, the $80,000 will be due to blgordon in 10 days (Jan 27th, 2015.) If the players you owe debt to agree to extend the time or select pay all at once, or in a "daily manner" that will be left up to both you and your debtors. You will be given no shorter than the times I have required in this appeal and no complaints can be filed until after these said dates. During your repayment period, you are to be using your money solely to advancing toward paying off your debts.
