Your current ban is for chris227227's feature based on the complaint found here. In this situation however, chris already has fly, so you'd be owing back the full $378,000. However back to your current appeal. From what's provided to us here in this appeal, there is not nearly enough effort to allow you back, given this is your 2nd scamming appeal. Scamming is one of the most severe offenses on the server and never is taken lightly.
