Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means that if you tell someone that you will do something for them and they give you something you then have to do that thing. If you don't you are scamming. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I've been permabanned from the server and the forums for a long time now. The last time I was on the server I made some bad mistakes and would like to change them. Please reset my account or something and give me a chance to play on this server again.
I would like to speak to the staff member who decides to handle this appeal privately, as I was involved in perma banning this user along with two accounts that share his IP. I have info on the proper ban reason and the events involved. Im only posting here because I'm on my phone and unable to easily contact a staff member right this second.

This account has been permabanned, and as such will need to email [email protected] to appeal your ban. After looking into this it appears that your ban reason was not simply for scamming. In full, your ban reason is 'Scamming, multi-accounting for financial gain & falsifying evidence'. You will need to address all of these elements in your appeal.
