After dealing with this situation via PM before hand, which you and I discussed previously before you had submitted this ban appeal I hope that you learn to behave better in the future and know that anything can happen in PvP. Even if there is a rule set, someone can come in and kill you, even a moderator. That should serve no purpose to disrespect them or any other player. I will be issuing a 3 hour temporary ban for this considering that a good bit of time has passed since I had spoken with you before. During this time please read over the rules of the server to ensure that this won't happen again in the future. Temp-banned 3 hours Locked.
