Zecrux Banned for using a hacked client (Zardgyer) I would like to be unbanned. I was not, and never have used a hacked client in my life. What happened was I killed Zardgyer in pvp and my guess is he raged and just banned me. I was experiencing lag spikes when I killed him. Another reason why he banned me is probably because he thought I was hacking because I killed him in enchanted iron armor. FYI the iron armor and my iron sword both had god enchants. My sword was Sharp V Fire Aspect II and my armor was all Protection IV. He says I was using force field.... I don't know how I could be using forcefield, when he hit me twice and lit me on fire, and I have 4 hearts... I am a usual pvper and kill people in protection iv all the time. They always rage and say im hacking or something when I don't... This time its a mod... What has gotten into ECC? Whatever you bring to pvp you have to be prepared to lose. This is my second appeal. I am not lying about anything I have just said, although zardgyer still thinks I am. In minecraft you can run through someone just to let you know, and I do not hack. Anyone who says I hack is just another raging noob. Plus, I did not kill anyone before you ran into the arena, I had just arrived and saw you and ran out and kill you. Before I killed you I experienced a massive lag spike, which may have led to your death, as I did not expect to kill you, and when the lag spike happened, everyone stopped moving except for me and I was still clicking and trying to hit you. When the lag spike ended, I was on fire, had 5 hearts, and had some of your stuff in my inventory as someone must've looted. You previously stated I was "destroying people" before you arrived. No I was not I had just arrived also. I am in a huge pvp clan, and nobody in my clan believes I hack. There are about 8 people in an opposing clan that all say I hack, because I've killed one of their members 6 times whilst they were in protection iv. *NOTE* They are an opposing clan! They want me to get banned and they are just mad that I keep killing one of their members. I can't kill any of their other members! Its just one because he is bad at pvp. I would like to be unbanned as I am thinking that this is now a moderator abusing their powers because of anger. Plus, you can not ban me as you have no evidence of me hacking, because I don't! If you want me to stay banned show me hard evidence of me hacking, and not just some kids from an opposing clan saying I hack. That's the same as me saying you hack, complaining about you, and getting you banned, when I have absolutely no evidence. I demand to be unbanned immediately. Evidence: Ermm none. Just ask @zardgyer and next time... Please don't rage quit and ban me with n0 evidence whatsoever.
I will be tagging Unknownrider to deal with this appeal, but before he does, I would like to explain something. My evidence of your hacking was first hand experience, multiple videos of you hacking where it wasn't quite enough, but my running into pvp and dying added up to enough evidence. As well a lag spike would not cause that. If anything, you would've stopped hitting me for a few moments, not hit me more. I've explained the situation to him, and he will be handling this when he can.
zardgyer NOPE! First hand experience does not matter. Let me see these "hacking videos" that you're lying about, and the lag spike did cause it. I demand that I am unbanned immediately as you still can not provide me with any evidence. The lag spike would cause me to hit you more. You've probably experienced something like this before where there is a lag spike and all of the sudden you're dead. Do not lie anymore. You are required to unban me, and you couldn't have banned me in the first place. This is power abuse and if I am not unbanned immediately I will be filing a staff complaint.
I'm done with your lies here. Chargers and other staff members have brought multiple videos to me regarding your hacks and the only reason you haven't been banned before is because there wasn't enough evidence. Unknownrider would like me to handle this appeal, as I have the most information about it, and as such, I will be applying a 7 day tempban to your account. In the meantime, I would like you to review the rules and remove your pvp client, whether or not you will admit that you have one. On a side note, if you feel a staff member is abusing their powers, you are always welcome to file a complaint with proof in pm to andrewkm. Tempbanned 7 days.
