IGN: lolelf123 Reason: PvP Hacking Counter Reason: First of all, I would like to apologize to this community for being so...bad, ruthless, irrisponsible...I'm sure many of you understand what I'm trying to relate to. My counter-reason as to why I was banned was that I didn't hack. Honestly. I will post as many screenshots as you want for proof, but I did not/will not/never will hack. I have pasted down below the rule I have supposedly been banned for: Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. And you've gotten me yelled at countless times, for calling you a hacker while you said I lied, but it turns out you were lieing. And I find it unfair that he can call us players who say he's bad as he could kill us. And you DID hack. Would you like the video and the screenshots? And I don't understand as you were very very mean to me as you were hacking, you say I'm lieing b/c i can't pvp, and b/c i just "accuse you over rage"
1) I never hacked. 2) I never called anybody bad at PvP. 3) You proposed 2 solutions, both of which I agreed to, where you would not call me a "hacker", yet you disobeyed that and completely broke that promise. Don't I have a right to also violate that, too? 4) "b/c i just "accuse you over rage"...I honestly did not understand what that sentence meant. 5) I don't think you're supposed to be bumping my ban appeal, thank you very much.
With you're hacking, you've been rude and mean to other users, gotten money unfairly, and lied to all the mods that yelled at users when you say they're lieing of you hacking. That seems wrong to me as you promised to follow server rules and be a nice ecc rules following player in you're last appeal. And what you think reporting you or saying "recorded" is accusing you of hacking, well think again, that video is dead cold proof. And who's to say you hadn't deleted it from your mod folder just for the picture?

I challenge the mods to sincerely consider how this type of player affects the community before deciding to unban him... I'm embarrassed to have ever help you at all and in any way lolelf123. You have a terrible mean streak that doesn't allow you to even begin to be sorry for the things you have done or said to anyone here on ECC. Time after time you have refused to even own your mistakes, its always blame someone or something else... You harass people verbally and use unfair advantages to win ECDs and have the gall to talk smack to them after cheating... The rules state that "there is no excuse for using a hacked client on ECC whatsoever", and the fact that you can't even be mature enough to admit that you did, when it is so blatantly obvious to the entire community, is further proof that you may need to mature a bit before being allowed to come back, in my opinion. I don't comment very often on issues but its players like this (not just lolelf123) that ruin our community and also indirectly negatively impact the economy itself. If you too are tired of people using hack mods in sgs then start recording as Raccooy did! Try "A Tube Catcher" its free, easy to download and to use. Then upload your evidence. Either they won't want to be caught on video or they will eventually get caught, but one way or the other this will end as it should! Sorry ahead of time for the rant mods but this had to be said...

Wait, so you apologize for being bad, ruthless and irresponsible. But then you go on to say you didn't hack? What are you apologizing for, if you claim you don't hack? By the way, I find this post to be relevant to the situation as many others may as well.
If everyone would look at little closer at Number 1 and then 3. He says I never hacked for 1... Ok sure... But on number three... Because raccooy disobeyed.... He has the right to violate that too? What exactly are you violating sir? Just my two cents on this.

In regards to your ban for PvP Hacking, you state in your counter reason that you were in-fact not hacking at all, but as provided in this complaint here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-lolelf123.89148/ the video is crystal clear evidence that were using a hacked client for your advantage in Survival Games. Please appeal when you are willing to admit to your wrong doings. Denied & Locked.
