(Complaint: alpert3925)

Felon Username: alpert3925
Complaint: alpert3925 requested that I buy them a $10 gift card in exchange for $50,000 ecodollars. Alpert3925 delayed payment, then just ignored me all together. Furthermore, they also tried to deny it when confronted and then flat out lied about what I had said and twisted my words. I do not have a contract but I do have evidence of me buying the $10 gift card and evidence of alpert3925 saying they would pay me back.

Additional Information: I realize I should have done a contract, but I trust a user that has been playing for over a year. The above conversation clearly shows intent and that a deal had been made. Since that incident I have made other donations for other users just fine with no incident. So I am trusted and have had no other issues. $10 isn't much, but the principle of matter is my concern. I also have the paypal receipt as well.

 

Not a problem. I can make them bigger. Not an issue. I just want to make sure others are aware of this and don't have the same thing happen to them.

 

I bought him the gift card. He doesn't owe me real money. Just 50k ecodollars. He is trying to buy a melon sword now too.

 

That was the first time I messaged you after you agreed and if I was bothering you at that time, why is there no complaint?

 

Clearly I'm not the only one having issues with this user doing this sort of thing either.

 

It's alright, we'll let the Mods deal with it. I have no reason to lie of 50k and I've dealt with several other users. It's out dated because I gave you tons of time as well. You were saying you had real life issues as well. So it wasn't a big deal. Again, we'll let the Mods deal with it now.

 

It's alright, just wanted people to know how you are. And you've clearly shown them ;-)

 

Like I said, gave them plenty of time. As they stated they were very busy with soccer and whatever else. Then they said they weren't ever going to pay me back like a week ago. They then denied it all. So I have those messages to say otherwise. That's it.
