Felon Username: Altabyte Complaint: Loan scamming AND breach of contract. Still owes 192k of his loan. Evidence: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.101508/#post-517296 ^the loan contract^ NOTE: the x value is inverted. It's supposed to be +1997. This was discussed in game. Additional Information: Would just like this added to the ban reason so I can get my money if/when he comes back, I'm aware he is currently banned. I have asked this user several times if getting money would be an issue with all the loans he took after mine. He repeatedly gave me the same "no" as the response. It kinda hurts I was not only scammed, but missed TWO payments, and the fact that I even offered to give him more time/money to help.
@CrazySwagMaster1 I will need you to provide proof that you messaged @Altabyte about the correct X-coordinate along with a timestamp. I'd also like to point out that the trade sign defined is non-existent. Could you please explain? Thanks in advance.
Wow, I'm shocked at this. I recently have him two $50k loans and bother were paid off. I think it could be a ponzi scheme that just got out of hand at the moment. I'm sorry that this happened to you.
It's in altabytes city surrounded by other loan reminders in that building. I believe the other reminders are now hidden by obsidian. I did not choose the location, altabyte did, if anything, he should be posting that conversation here.
This user is already banned in game for multi accounts of loan scamming just to let you know, @CrazySwagMaster1
Please do not post on complaints that do not pertain to you. I would also like to add that the user still owes that money, banned or not.
I do not have a screenshot of that message. If you teleport to the same exact coords, with an inversed x value you end up in Altabyte's city. Also, one payment has already been made, proving altabyte is well aware of where the sign is. There needs to be some common sense when dealing with issues similar to this. Regardless of this being added to the ban reason, he still owes me 192k.
Complaint withdrawn. I will hald issue in game after other loans have been paid. I'm in no hurry to get that money and can understand that Altabyte has ALOT to do to fix this issue. I will be filing another complaint if issue begins to fix upon Altabyte's return. If a mod could lock and dismiss that would be fabulous.
