Complaint (Donation features Deal Scam)

Complaint:
Hi my name is lurkblader.
And I got scammed for donation feature deal. I bought "water" feature which is $15 US dollar worth, for paying him 75k. And I checked donation feature's process time, and it's been already passed but I haven't got "water" feature yet. I asked few people around and he does scam often and I am not the only victim but not sure about that. But still whether he scams around or not, it seems he did scam for me, so I am filing this complaint.

Evidence:
These are the screenshots that I took. I took the screenshot for whole conversations with him. And the first link of screenshot is the timezone proof that I checked to prove that process time has already been past.

Additional Information:
As I said, first link is the proof that I just made to prove that donation feature process time has already been past.

1. I bought it from Giant_Leader YESTERDAY(2013/07/26) around 1:00 PM which is lunch time..

2. And by the sticky thread's time, donation features has been processed TODAY 4:47 AM morning...

3. I made that first link screenshot at 11:03 AM...

4.And right now I am posting this complaint at 11:41 AM..

All that time is by KST(Korean Standard Time) or JST(Japan Standard Time) whatever.
Both are same.
I want my money 75k back... I am having bad day these days.. I lost few features by "3AmazingBuilder3" case too.. I dont want to lose anymore money by scam.
If you guys contact him, tell him to give my money back. or bann him forever~!
