Unfortunately we do not take Minechat (or other devices/programs) as form of valid evidence. If you have any other in-game evidence of the initial proof of payment for the loan, it would be much better for this case. As for kinane4, can you explain your side of the story and why the loan has not been paid off by Feb 5th as stated in the contract? I will leave this thread open for 24 hours in which both parties must submit additional evidence (VALID in game screenshots) and to get Kinane's side of the story.
annyonion I can't provide any proof as it was all on minechat.... So why won't it work? Plus it has come to my attention that kinane4 has scammed many users before. As Annyonion stated, nothing can be done without valid in-game evidence of the agreement/loan payment being sent. If you do find screenshots of the agreement/loan payment being sent, please post another Complaint. Locked- lacking evidence.
