Felon Username: Fungus_Bean Complaint: Instead of paying for the pick, he killed me and took it Evidence: Additional Information: Basically, i held an auction for eff5 silk touch 1 unbreaking 3 dpick, my baby, and the bids were between Jackson_G14 (9k), MSU_SPaRtAns321 (15k), and Fungus_Bean (17k) after fungus won he tpd me to a mine and demanded i drop the pick and he'll pay, even though if i drop it then he would get it for free. he claimed that he couldnt see me so i dropped the camera ran a ways came back and he said he couldnt see me. so i disconnected for roughly 3 seconds came back and im in lava. He claims i scammed him of a pick when actuality he killed me and i want my 17k I filmed because he attempted to kill me right before but i /home'd

I bid 17,000$ on a pickaxe with the enchantments Eff V Unbreak 3 Silktouch 1, yet when he breaks blocks in this video he's getting cobblestone. His intentions in the first place were to scam me, and I knew that after I watched him break the blocks and pickup cobblestone, which should have been normal stone if his pickaxe actually had the enchantments he advertised. I did break the block above him and it did kill him, I looted a pickaxe with the enchantment of unbreaking 3 and nothing else. I will not pay a user 17,000$ for a pickaxe he never had in the first place. I will however compensate money for the lose of the actual pickaxe he had.

Following the video and an admission of guilt in-game, I am going to ban Fungus_Bean for intentionally killing another player in a non-pvp world. Regardless of the situation, intentionally killing another player in a non-pvp area is never acceptable and strictly prohibited on ECC.
