[Complaint]

At that point I still shared the sword with you, I could've had it.

 

sporty05 do you know if you had the sword at this point in time, also has the sword be returned since this complaint has been posted?

 

sick24 Do you still believe that action needs to be taken for this breach of contract or was there a reasonable explanation for this, e.g. internet cut out or something along those lines?

 

Was any reasonable explanation given for the sudden non response and disconnection to the private message?

 

I was referring to when mrguacamole disconnected when you Pm'ed him, did he have a valid excuse for just going offline and was he actually the one in possession of the sword at the time?

 

Lastly, do you wish for this contract to be ended in which case the sword will be returned to its original owner and the contract nullified or do you wish to continue the contract. As you have both broken this same contract at around the same time I will also be talking to mrguacamole about the sword being rented to other users which is also against your contract. If you both agree what you did was wrong and it will not happen again then no major consequences will ensue either of these complaints other than warning for breaking your contract. sick24

 

This contract will be nullified and the original owner of the sword will take possession of the sword until a new contract is created to replace this one or for the foreseeable future. Taking possession of the sword and having it found in your possession if you are not the original owner Will result in a ban, consider this your warning. Any future contracts by either user that they break is to also result in a ban for failure to up hold contract agreements, I will personally be watching for future occurrences between both users.

sick24 MRGUACAMOLE please both reply here to this thread if you agree to this decision.

 

MRGUACAMOLE didnt log with the sword. It could have been in a chest. This isn't full evidence.

 

sporty05 I have not taken action towards either user as of yet also because both users have broken parts of the contract and the contract involves a user who is no longer part of the agreement please keep irrelevant posts off this thread!

 

There was no original owner, we all [MRGUACAMOLE, sick24, and me] shared the sword then I was bought out. Now sick and GUAC share.

 

Also I still don't think that is sufficient evidence for the log with sword breach. What if you have it in a chest, we don't know? jakeyray18
