Now, this user bidded 2 billion knowing full well it's against the rules to bid money which you do not have as when he became a resident it asked him have you read the rules and he answered yes. He then proceeds to claim he has done nothing wrong and that I'm the one in the wrong when he refuses to pay. When global chat confronted him he responded that nobody can argue with him as he claims he is the king of spain...
Samthedog123 claimed that xX3PICREBELXx said two "bills" meaning $2 instead of $2,000,000,000. As you can see from 3EPIC's evidence, that argument is invalid.
Keep all unnecessary comments out of complaints, it has been stated several times if you have nothing to add directly to the complaint you do not need to be posting in it.
I'm complaining not because of the false bidding but how after he ackknowledges what he did was against the rules he tries to claim he is untouchable as he is supposedly the king of Spain. I wasn't originally going to report him but after he said that I realised I had to. I'm trying to do something a little different here, enforce the rules instead of breaking them
