IGN: Taishee Users Involved in this Contract: Natedog4040 General Purpose of Contract: Terms and Security I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give natedog4040 tools, blocks, and other supplies for which he shall be held liable for. He will use said tools to help me clear my town so that there is a 200x200 layer of smooth stone(except for the farm) across the whole town at y64, and everything above y64 will be cleared. Nate will also be able to keep all of his findings while clearing(not mining), but must fill 8 chests of smooth stone, dirt, and sand. If there is not enough sand it is okay at whatever amount he fills my chests to. All other materials and blocks aside from those 3(and their specified amount) are his to keep. I will also give nate a 10x10 area for him to use while he is working. He is not allowed to give perms to chests to anyone that is not apart of berklee. Once the job is done, nate and i will discuss a REASONABLE price for this very high amount of work. Est time of completion:3-4 weeks. The sooner he is done, the more he will get paid. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Nate must agree to not steal my tools, supplies, and any blocks he is not allowed to have. He is not allowed to launder any items as well and claim he did not steal them. Nate is not allowed to destroy and manmade structures without my permission first. Nate is allowed to purchase erepairs at reasonable rates which i will supplement the costs of upon request. If any of the tools break, he will be required to replace them with the exact the same tools, and not money instead. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
