IGN: @David_Torento Users Involved in this Contract: @FazeAmerican General Purpose of Contract: Sale of the Efficiency 7 pickaxe with the ID #I9AB5YNT I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @David_Torento will: -give @FazeAmerican the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID #I9AB5YNT) within 24 hours of receiving the 400k -not attempt to reclaim the tool unless this contract is breached -transfer the /own to @bobman3355 upon receiving the final payment. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @FazeAmerican will: -Pay 400k upfront within 24 hours of this contracts approval. -pay 100k/week for an additional 7 weeks. -pay 50k on the 8th week. -Agrees to pay a 5k/day latefee for each missed payments for up to 7 days totalling 35k (in which a breach of contract will occur, and a complaint will be filed) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
