[Contract] Efficiency VII Rental

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe rental of an Efficiency VII pickaxe.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>> @MCHelix3000 will lend @manerman12 an Efficiency VII Pickaxe renamed "Stone Splicer" owned by @MCHelix3000 with item ID #IARB1J76.
>> The duration of the rental will be 24 hours, from the approval of this contract to the next day where 24 hours will be elapsed.
>> @MCHelix3000 will place "Stone Splicer" in a chest located at -3986/63/-606 in the town of "matrix" in world Legacy.
>> @MCHelix3000 will return the 400,000 ECD to @manerman12 once the rental is complete/the pickaxe is back in the chest by the 24 hour time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>> @manerman12 agrees to pay 30,000 ECD to @MCHelix3000 upon contract approval.
>> @manerman12 agrees to place "Stone Splicer" back in the chest in the region "matrix" in Legacy located at -3986/63/-606 within 24 hours of contract approval. There will be a 15,000 ECD fine if not placed by then.
>> @manerman12 agrees to pay 400,000 ECD to @MCHelix3000 as insurance/collateral.
>> @manerman12 agrees to pay an additional 600,000 ECD to @MCHelix3000 within one month's time if the pickaxe is lost or destroyed.
>> @MCHelix3000 will keep the 400,000 ECD collateral if the pickaxe is lost or destroyed by @manerman12.
>> @manerman12 agrees not to let anyone else but @manerman12 to use the pickaxe.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
