General Purpose of Contract:

The safe, secure, and proper sale of the town of "iceland" from @Phantomine, the seller, and @Luk3doonhamer, the buyer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

@Phantomine will accept the 150k paid over 6 weeks from @Luk3doonhamer and grant him ownership of the town of “iceland" This exclusive ownership will happen as soon as the full amount has been received.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

( @Luk3doonhamer ) I will pay @Phantomine a 20k up-front fee as soon as this this contract has been accepted. Then:

(@Luk3doonhamer) I will pay @Phantomine the remaining 130k over 6 weeks in exchange for the town of "iceland". The payments will be received at a sign located at co-ords (X: -2548 Y:63 Z: -8182) in legacy

The full sum of 150k must be paid by 13th September 2015

I, @Luk3doonhamer, agree that if the 150k has not been paid by the given date above, then I will owe @Phantomine a 5k per day late-fee on-top of the given amount. The maximum number of late days is 7, after that date has been surpassed, then @Phantomine withholds the right to file a complaint.

@Phantomine will add @Luk3doonhamer as owner of “iceland” as soon as the contract has been accepted.

@Phantomine will then remove themselves from the town once all of the money has been received.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
