I am not Smorez or even a mod, however, you are able to file a complaint after the date of payback has passed if no payment has been made. For future reference, it is always best to wait until the moderators actually approve the contract if you hope to collect legally. You may also wish to do some research in the future before agreeing to make any transactions with other players. I hope you find success in getting your funds back.
You need evidence of him agreeing to a loan & payments. It won't be sufficient with a contract that wasn't agree to.
Ok, in these circumstances I am going to approve this contract to enable @Ilikepiehaha to use this as evidence of the agreement. My reason for doing this is the original contract hasn't been edited and @Kick_Me_1235 has agreed to it. The issue with it was concerned with the deadline of the payment to kick of 300k, however that is no longer an issue as the payment has been made. It wouldn't be just to allow this agreement to fail on technicalities, leaving ilikepiehaha significantly out of pocket, when the intentions of the parties is clear. Contract Approved
