General Purpose of Contract:
@Lee1104 will pay $1,250,000 ECD and ownership of Stockholm, Stockholm2, Stockholm3, and Stockholm4. @Iticip will transfer Station 22 to @Lee1104

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will pay @Iticip a $300,000 down payment, and $950,000 on a payment plan.

• $300,000 paid on 7/13
• $150,000 paid on 7/20 - 7/26
• $150,000 paid on 7/27 - 8/2
• $150,000 paid on 8/3 - 8/9
• $150,000 paid on 8/10 - 8/16
• $150,000 paid on 8/17 - 8/23
• $200,000 paid on 8/24 - 8/31

Payments can be paid ahead of time.

I will give owner of Stockholm, Stockholm2, Stockholm3, and Stockholm4 to @Iticip.
I give permission to @Iticip to use a town claim or town transfer on Stockholm and Stockholm2.
Will apply for any town features in Stockholm and Stockholm2, if provided the money and application.

@Iticip:
Will leave @megacuber587 and @Lee1104 as owners of Stockholm, Stockholm2, Stockholm3, and Stockholm4 for 2 weeks.
Will pay @megacuber587 or @Lee1104 for any town applications/claims/transfers if needed.

Agrees to leave /ch stockholm as is, and won't try to gain access to the channel. If @Iticip decides to sell the town, @Iticip must state (when selling) that the buyer cannot touch /ch stockholm.

@Iticip will transfer Station 22 to @Lee1104 and pay for 4 week rental period after receiving the $300,000 down payment from @Lee1104.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
