IGN: @BillyTL Users Involved in this Contract: @BillyTL @jmichael214 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of Station24 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @BillyTL agrees to transfer Station24 within 24 hours of contract approval. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @jmichael214 agrees to deposit 500k within 24 hours of contract approval at a sign located at -11530 67 11534 (rising). For the following 80 days, starting the day after contract approval, @jmichael214 will deposit 25k/day into a sign located right next to the 500k sign. If @jmichael214 misses a day, there is no penalty, the payment simply overlaps to the next day. However, should @jmichael214 miss 7 payments, 25k will be added to the total owed, and 25k more for every following day missed. 14 total "late" days are allowed. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I have found the signs, and have set a home at those coords (in Rising). Further, I am aware that this contract calls for payments of more than $20,000/day, and wish for it to be approved anyway, as they are the payments I suggested.
