I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The transfer of town ownership, and right to remove pielover1237 from town mayors. Under no circumstances may he re-add himself. We do understand the town-ownership rules, and we fully respect that this does not give me full right and ownership to property. Pielover1237 remains the original owner, but this is a transfer of mayor title.
