General Purpose of Contract: payment plan for sale of donation features.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: i @scgenesis will purchase the user @upmoon the donation features ext creations, water, pyro, stealth, mcmmoplus, ext creations plus, stealth plus, water plus, pyro plus, mcmmoplus two, mcmmoplus 3, teleportplus, teleport plus 2, pet chicken, and nursery totaling $330 usd before october sale discount ($270 usd after discount) upon aproval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @upmoon agrees to pay $5k/usd for the $270 usd i @scgenesis will be purchasing him, as well as an additional $150k eco dollars. This will equate to $1.35 million eco dollars for the features + the additional $150k eco dollars, totaling $1.48 million eco dollars. This money will be payed back $100k eco dollars every week for 14 weeks and $48k eco dollars on the 15th week. Payments will begin after this contract is aproved, and will occur every tuesday for 15 weeks ending january 12th 2016
In the event a payment is missed, breach of contract will occur, and i @scgenesis will have the right to file a complaint, and an additional $75k late fee will be charged every week until @upmoon catches up with his payments (late fees will continue for the durration of the 15 week paymeng period).
In the event the end of the 15 week payment period i @scgenesis have not recieved at least 85% of the money @upmoon ows me (weekly payments plus late fees) breach of contract will occur, i @scgenesis will have the right to file a complaint, @upmoon will be banned, and an additional $250k eco dollars will be added onto the money @upmoon ows me @scgenesis.

The only evidence i @scgenesis will need to file a complaint will be proof of purchase of the features for @upmoon. In the event of a complaint, @upmoon will either have to prove he did nor recieve the features, or prove he paid me the entire amount of money he owd me (weekly payments plus late fees)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: yes
