Users Involved in this Contract: @Delucaco and @oxwood2

General Purpose of Contract: To allow @oxwood2 to temporarily take possession of Station 72 in the ECC Market.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to transfer Station 72 to @oxwood2 for four (4) weeks after receiving $250,000 from him. I will also recieve $25,000 a week from @oxwood2 every Saturday night for the next four (4) weeks in a sign at /warp chillsville.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @oxwood2 agrees to pay me $250,000 before I submit the application. He also agrees to not have the station leave his possession for the 4 week period in any way (forgetting to apply for more weeks, selling to someone else, etc) if this occurs, $5,000,000 will be owed to me in 6 months time. @oxwood2 also agrees to pay $25,000 into my sign every Saturday night at /warp chillsville. @oxwood2 may ask for more weeks to be added to the deal (at an additional $25,000/week) but after the four weeks have passed @oxwood2 can be evicted if giveot n a 14 day notice. @oxwood2 agrees to the fact that he does not "own" the shop in any way, he just simply has temporary possession of it in the short term.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes, I agree.
