General Purpose of Contract:
EcoCityDollar loan of 97,500.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. Will accept to loan frenchhornplayer, their required amount of EcoCityDollars (ECD) totalling the amount of $97,500 at a rate loaned of 25.00 % at 3-weeks accrued, totalling $121,875 ECD with interest.
2. After proof of payment is taken, I will be available and ready for the weekly payments of $40,625 ECD.
3. Screenshot will be taken on the transaction of all payments.
4. If the payment is late by the the below designated times, the interest will increase to the listed amount below:

1 - Week Extension - 10% Increase Interest
2 - Week Extension - 15% Increase Interest
3 - Week Extension - 20% Increase Interest
4 - Week Extension - 25% Increase Interest

5. If the payment is late by one day, a complaint will be made and justified on both terms of ECC rules and moderators.
6. Will be ready for payment on the dates of:
1. April 3rd, 2014
2. April 10th, 2014
3. April 17th, 2014

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. I Will accept to receive a loan from liamfrench, that is my required amount of EcoCityDollars (ECD) totalling the amount of $97,500 at a rate loaned of 25.00 % at 3-weeks accrued, totalling $121,875 ECD. with interest.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
