IGN: TheNorGaming Users Involved in this Contract: @punchwood456 General Purpose of Contract: We split the cost of one msword 50/50 and use it until we are able to split another msword 50/50 and then each one gets their own msword. If either one breaks the first mswrod they must repay in full the price the other paid. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to split the the msword 50/50 with punchwood until the time that we can afford to purchase another one and then we each get our own. If I break the msword I will pay back punchwood's investment. Also when I am done using the msword I will put the item back into the designated locked chest that only he and I will have access to. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Punchwood will split the msword with me 50/50 until we can afford another one 50/50. If he breaks the item then he must pay back my full investment. He will place the sword in the designated chest when done with it each time. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
