General Purpose of Contract:
Creation of the region "Apollo" to be transferred to @Iticip

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Iticip will previde @doubble_dees with 50k

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@doubble_dees must submit the application in the residents+ section (In the spoiler below)
Upon receiving the 50k, he must not let his balance go under 85k ( @doubble_dees has already stated he has 35k) until the application goes through, and ownership is transferred to @Iticip
@doubble_dees understands @Iticip is the new permanent owner of the town, and can freely use a town claim or town transfer on this town.
@doubble_dees agrees that if @Iticip approves a town placement of a neighboring town, @doubble_dees agrees to allow it to be created.
@doubble_dees le_dees understands that the moment the application goes through, he must type "/rg addowner apollo iticip" in the world of Rising, as well as not to touch the town, or place any locks in the town.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

  • Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: I do.
