Towns: Emerald Eltos Mantleville Emerald (MCMMO trainer) -200x200x2 luxury pumpkin farm -Warp Site x1 -Heal signs x 4 (for training acrobatics & PvP skills) -PvP arena x1 -Located next to Eltos which is a town with a top floor portal -Already set up MCMMO training area -Office made of obsidian with plenty of storage Eltos: -One of the oldest towns on ECC -Top floor portal -Amazing Colosseum PvP arena -Mostly flat with a few buildings Mantleville: -Located 600 blocks form Legacy spawn edge -Located directly next to bedrock, the Halloween build competition town for 2 years in a row. -Top floor portal -PvP arena already set up -Some cosmetic damage, but a little love will fix it Note: These towns are sold as is! Do not put any troll offers or offers that are completely unreasonable i.e. 50k for emerald etc... You can buy all 3 at once too! just place your offer
I don't really know, but I'd probably like around 160k for mantleville, 170k for eltos, and 425k for emerald? Just kinda want to sell these as I don't really play that much. The prices are definitely negotiable and you're welcome to pay higher if you want xD I'll also take an eff 7 for all 3 :|
@Thecreator767 are you @habsjosh and @antcubing willing to sign contracts for release of ownership rights? If so, I am interested.
Currently, antcubing is a co-mayor and I don't think he plays anymore (may be wrong) and I am currently a co-owner of mantleville with @Xx5mike5xX . We both own the town, but habsjosh is the original owner. edit: Also, by ownership rights, do you mean we forfeit the right to reclaim the town? If so, I tried doing that in a contract, but was rejected by a mod. As for Mantleville, a few months back, mike and me agreed to sell it.
To clarify, you would have to remove owners except yourself and sign a release for Emerald. Anticubing is the owner of Eltos and so only he is able to sign a release for that town. Same with Mantleville - only Habsjosh has the right to sign a release for his town. So you are only able to forfeit the rights to Emerald, not to the other two towns. I would prefer all three towns, but would consider Emerald only if you are agreeable to that and the other two owners do not wish to participate.
By signing a release, do you mean that you have the rights to buy/remove town feats. etc... like you were the orig owner?
Yes, that is correct - I would have the right to do a town transfer or claim and then do features myself.
@Thecreator767 if you were able to give me permission to have a town transfer I may be interested in buying either all 3 towns or just Emerald depending on how flexible you are with your price.
Not exactly sure how that works atm, but sure, I'd do that. As for the other towns, I'm not exactly sure, but I'll sell those as is. I just really want an eff 7 pickaxe

Please make sure to stay active in game and on the forums so you don't lose your towns. @Thecreator767 - I am not interested in Eltos or Mantleville at this time. I am still possibly interested in Emerald - are you still at the 500k asking price?
