The town of Grandway is coming. Please reserve plots below. The town is divided into 6 zones as follows. Highrize, Commercial, Residential, Farm, Rich, and VIP.

Plot Costs:
20 by 20 residential: $2500
20 by 20 Highrize: $5000
20 by 20 Rich: $5000
Ask about commercial plots and our public mall.

Rules:
1. No Renting of Hotels (you may sell floors but I will charge a 10% fee.)
2. No Griefing
3. No Cobblestone/Dirt structures
4. Resident+ (without express permission).

Residential Rules:
1. No build depth limit
2. No structures over 15 blocks tall. (Without express permission.)

Highrize Rules:
1. No depth limit
2. No hight limit

Rich rules:
1. No depth limit
2. Building must be a home, not a skyscraper, not apartments, this is for fancy homes only.

Store rules:
1. At least 15 shop signs
2. 15 blocks high
3. Homes may be built per shop if you have over 20 signs in your store.

VIP rules: None but your not getting in there unless your me or one of my co-mayors.

Ammenities will include:
Public farm
Fishing Table
Free water placement(within reason) No 100 block high ice towers!

The town is Almost done. Another week i think.
The grandway G is done(see picture)

 

Whoever donates 75k for a portal gets almost ANYTHING they want in the town.

Right now the only thing done is the spawn and half of the outer walls

3 VIP plots (currently 1 available for a very expensive price)
