Title says it all, I need some people to build nice modern homes in my town, La Ciudad. I have plots already outlined for the houses. There are two sizes of plots: 20x20 and 26x20. I am open to any rank so if you are interested, please post on here and give links to some images of previous builds you've done. If I hire you, you will have to build 2-3 designs per plot size on creative mode first and then show screenshots of them to me via forum mail so I can decide on them. Also, no building with wool, if you want to be colorful then I would rather you use stained clay. Payment will be as follows: I will not provide materials but I will pay for them prior to your build based on my estimations from your images provided (so take good screenshots). After that I will appraise the work and pay you based on its value, this can be negotiated. I've done some good buildings in my time, and I'll be happy to build for you. I'll go ahead and build some houses in creative based on the sizes you've provided, and I'll send them to you on forums with how many materials used and my fee for building. I have fly so buildings should be done in no time, and I have multihome so I won't need constant tp's from you to the building sight, plus I've got tp if its heavily needed.
