As what was said on the last lwc as done by core, the player is 2 days inactive I will send a mail to the user to support you in wanting the locks removed but the current evidence is not concrete. I have sent bvhu1234 a mail ingame advising him to remove the locks in this city if he wishes to keep his items and also tagged him in here to advise him that there are lwc's for his locks pending.
