    General Purpose of Contract:
    I, @steveshizzle, will give user @AbhinavA 60k, to pay for his mayor application in exchange for his town

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    I, @steveshizzle le, will give $60,000 ecd by 4pm EST Tuesday, August 12th to @AbhinavA . Following the approval of this contract, I, @steveshizzle, will approve of @AbhinavA's town placement.

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @AbhinavA will apply for mayor within 24 hours of receiving the 60k using these specifics:
    • World: Legacy
    • Town name: KiowaEast
    • Town size: 200x200
    • Town Coordinates: A(-2687,63,1497) B(-2687,63,1697) C(-2487,63,1497) D(-2487,63,1697)
    • Neighboring towns: Machiavellia and Aspen, both owned by Steveshizzle
    Upon approval of mayor application, @AbhinavA will essentially give sole ownership of town to @steveshizzle
    @AbhinavA cannot apply for features such as warps, portals, pvp arenas, etc. without my consent
    @AbhinavA cannot add owners to the town without @steveshizzle's consent
    @AbhinavA cannot add members to the town without @steveshizzle's consent
    @AbhinavA cannot make any changes to the town without @steveshizzle's consent

    If @AbhinavA's mayor application is denied for any reason, it will be considered a breach of contract and he will have exactly one week from the time of the denial to either reapply or return the 60k in full to @steveshizzle
    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    I will need you to use tags in every instance of a name being mentioned. I'll need you to replace the 'User' with '@AbhinavA' in the second part of the contract,where the terms of abhinava are mentioned. I'll also need you to state when the user has to apply for mayor. (1 minute after approval, 1 hour, etc)

    You also have to tag yourself every time your name is mentioned in the contract.

    That's 6:30 AM here. Probably not considering I work tonight until 2 AM. I'll be on hopefully between noon and 4pm EST tomorrow

    No. You have 24 hours upon approval of the contract to apply for mayor. The contract will not be approved until I pay you the 60k, so we have all the time in the world for that.

    After reviewing the contract, I'd like to ask @steveshizzle to either state when he is to pay @AbhinavA (Upon Approval, A minute Later etc) or completely remove the term from the contract. I suggest doing as @AbhinavA stated,but instead of approval of the contract make it say ' @AbhinavA must have a mayor application posted by 24 Hours after they have been paid the 60,000 ECD'

    I also suggest you add
    'If @AbhinavA's application gets denied because of insufficient funds, it would be identified as a breach of contract and they would have one week from the application being denied because of insufficient funds to post another application with the correct amount of ecodollars in their balance' or something similar to that. Remember, all this is for your protection, my apologies if you find this to be taking too long.
