Hi @pokefan3333, I am intrested in your company and would like to know more about what the pay would be and any perks that would be avialable for staff. I am intressted in working for you, but I would like to know what the job would envolve? Thanks
The Company currently is only a shop, but once I have the funds to expand, I will move to several different things such as Pre-Builds, Loaning, General Construction, etc. The pay for a typical staff member is $100 per week, but there is also manager, H.O.S. (Head of Staff), H.O.D. (Head of Department), and C.E.O. all with their own separate wages. Currently, since I only have 1 staff member and he joined POKE Company just today, the only Company perks are the pay, Staff Uniform, and free a condominium (Currently Under Construction). The job rules are very simple, for a staff member, you will simply collect materials for the Company, perform construction work (Similar to a construction crew), or advertise for the Company, similar to what I'm doing. For all staff ranks above that, you will perform all the duties of the staff rank below you but with more responsibility, more trust, and more wager. This also means that the higher rank you are, if you do not perform your duties your punishment will be greater than the rank before you. When becoming manager, you must ensure that all employees are performing their proper duties. If not, then you will report to the H.O.D. for that department. For the H.O.S., you must ensure that no one is abusing their Company privileges. If so, then you must report to C.E.O. as soon as possible. As H.O.D., you must ensure that your department is getting proper pay (in this position, you will give 20% of the employee's and manager's salaries for your department), make sure that all proper materials are supplied to that department, and have the privilege of appointing raises in anyone in your department (Does not included H.O.D., that can only be appointed by C.E.O.). The C.E.O. (Myself) is responsible for all tasks listed, shall receive no pay, and is primary construction worker for all company buildings. Typically, when a large company decision is made, the C.E.O. is made aware of. The C.E.O. also has the right to conduct investigations on all departments and fire an employee of any department. Suggestion: I know this will probably be far into the future, but: get your hands on a spawnshop. I've never owned one, but I know people who have, but with the type of business you're running, a spawnshop would be perfect. They're just 5k per week to rent and hopefully, if you advertise well and set good prices, you can higher income than costs.
