IGN: webman11123 Users Involved in this Contract: @minecraftninja05, @webman11123 General Purpose of Contract: To ensure that @minecraftninja05 's transition to primary mayor of @webman11123 's town, Rochester, is smooth and fair. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @webman11123 agrees not to interfere with @minecraftninja05 's work in the town, not to sell plots, and not to remove @minecraftninja05 as a co-owner. (Until @minecraftninja05 has become unreasonably inactive on ecc, for example, 2 months. Then, @webman11123 will forum pm @minecraftninja05 about his upcoming eviction, and if @webman11123 receives no response in a week, @webman11123 will evict him.) @webman11123 will not stop @minecraftninja05 from removing any other co-mayors in the future, including the other current co-owners of Rochester. And lastly, @minecraftninja05 will be added to the list of Rochester's mayors by @webman11123 once this contract has been approved, and once the payment of 48k has been received. If @minecraftninja05 decides to ever sell Rochester, @minecraftninja05 will inform any players willing to buy that @webman11123 must stay as a co-owner. @minecraftninja05 will write a contract with the other player buying Rochester, and in that contract will be a few lines stating that @webman11123 is not to be removed from Rochester's list of mayors.@minecraftninja05 will also pay @webman11123 48k once this contract has been approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @minecraftninja05 will not remove @webman11123 from the town's list of owners, and @minecraftninja05 will /mail @webman11123 ingame whenever a town app needs to be processed, such as a portal app, warp app, etc. @minecraftninja05 will provide all funds for said town apps. If I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: @webman11123 agrees.

OK, I think we're going to need a couple of clarifications. First, what is the status of the other three co-owners, and who is the original/legal owner of the town? Am I right in assuming @webman11123? And does @minecraftninja05 have the right to remove them? Basically... what's up with them? Second, the contract does not actually say that @minecraftninja05 is going to be the new primary owner. I assume that's what you mean, but it's not clear. Third, I don't think that "telling a future mayor that he cannot remove @webman11123" will actually be enough to prevent a future mayor from doing that. You might want to alter that section to require a separate contract between @webman11123 and the future mayor in order for a transfer to take place. Please clarify these points for me.
