[Suggestion] PvP and SG Join Ads have to be in /ch trade.

    Suggestion: Make it mandatory for "join sg2" and "pvp in arena3" type of ads to be placed in /ch tr. They will also have to adhere to the 3 minute rule.

    Reason: Global frequently gets spammed by these messages, and I shouldn't have to ignore someone who is spamming.

    Any Other Information: Nope.
