Pumpkins only for now more crops/floors coming soon! About the Town: I hope to offer everyone with a happy, enjoyable place to live. I plan on making some pre-built houses and some plain plots. It is a 200x200 town which is flat. I will offer a public farm that stocks just about all the crops and is accessible to all members and maybe even sell perms. Unfortunately, until i expand the town there will be no mining allowed in the town. The town does not have a portal yet, but when i have the correct funds I will be purchasing one. There is also a small tree farm Town Rules: Obviously the town needs rules, it would be a disaster without them. I only have a few rules but all members must stick to them. They are as follows: * This goes without saying but please comply with all of the current ECC rules. * Please make sure all locks, on doors, chests, blocks etc, are /cmodify TaylorBros22. This is in case I need to get in to destroy something or search for any items that may have been stolen from another user. * Do NOT grief any other buildings or land in the town. By giving you perms for the town I am putting trust in to you that you do not grief. If you are caught griefing you will be fined and possibly removed from the town. (see 'Fines' section) * Do NOT steal from others. If you are caught stealing you will face a fine (see 'Fines' section) and a warning, removal or perma ban from town. (see 'Warning System' section) * Do NOT build outside your plot without my permission. If i have given permission to build outside your plot please screenshot this as you may be asked for proof. * Please make sure you pay rent on time. If it is my fault you can't pay your rent, then that is fine but please do let me know if your rent is 7 days overdue via /mail in game, a forum PM or a reply to this thread. * If you are inactive for 7 days a LWC removal request will be sent and you will be removed from the town. No refund will be given and all materials will be either sold or kept. You may buy or rent a plot again but you will have to pay again *Most importantly HAVE FUN!! Please follow these rules to ensure all members of the town are happy and it is a nice, happy place to live. Fines/Expenses: If you do happen to be fined or need to pay and expense these are the guidelines I will follow: FINES -Stealing from another user = $100 In game fine + a warning (see 'Warning System' section) -Griefing others building or town land = $1'000 in game fine + a possible removal from town -Failing to pay rent on time (by your fault, i.e. being on when I am and failing to pay then) = $100 in game fine per day late EXPENSES -Renting a property to buying a property = $500 ECD for a 10x10 $1'000 ECD for a 15x15, $1'500 ECD for a 20x20 -Upgrading plot size = 10x10 --> 15x15 is $200 ECD and 15x15 --> 20x20 is $500 ECD Plot Prices: In the town, I have 3 different plot sizes avalible- 10x10, 15x15 and 20x20. You can either rent them or buy them. The plot prices are below: RENTING 10x10 = $200 per week 15x15 = $300 per week 20x20 = $500 per week **per week = 7 days** BUYING 10x10 = $750 15x15 = $1'250 20x20 = $2'000 Warning System: I have decided to come up with a warning system to give people chances. These warnings will be followed and enforced with all town occupants: 1st Warning- you may have stolen an item or forgotten to pay rent 2nd Warning- you may have stolen an item and this is your second time or forgotten to pay rent for a second time 3 day town ban- you will not have perms to the town for 3 days. You may have stolen and item for a third time, forgotten to pay rent a third time or griefed in the town, you will not be reported to the server Permanent town ban- You will no longer hold perms to the town, a LWC removal request will be sent and your house destroyed. You may have griefed for a second time or stolen something for a forth time. You will be reported to the server. *** TaylorBros22 and the Co-Mayor can skip warning sanctuary if it is necessary. Only TaylorBros22 can ban people permanently from the town. *** Buildings and Pre-Built Rules: Feel free to change the interior of your pre-built to the way you like it. I will destroy any player built houses that do not match with the 'style' of the town or that are outside of the users plot without permission from myself. Empty plots are available but you must provide your own materials and tools. Jobs in the Town: I will be offering jobs out to town members and players of ECC when and if I need something doing. Zeldaplue- You have been banned from the server for moderate greif. When you have appealed for this offence you will have to give me a very good reason as to why you should stay in the town. You have 7 days or your plot will be removed and your items will be LWC'd and removed.
