Update 19/12/2013 - 'Explosion in Picon!'An explosion has occured in Picon. Authorities suspect it an attack on the city, although so far no evidence so far has been found, and no groups have claimed responsibility. -To get involved - Take the Aerilion Portal on floor 4, lapis line, and take the bridges to your right into Picon. Find the blast site, and investigate. Perhaps there may be some clues that the authorities have overlooked?
Update 20/12/2013 - 'Picon Bombing Police Report' An official report into the disaster has been released. Evidence of a planned attack by a high technology devise has been uncovered, though those responsible for the plot remain unknown.
Update 21/12/2013 - 'Picon Bombing: Official Statement' An official statement has been made by the Picon Delegate on the disaster. Evidence that points to the attack being orchestrated by an ally nation has been discovered...
Update 08/01/2014 - The Zodiac Chronicle:'Picon Reopens!' After the attack in Picon, the city has officially reopened it's borders.
Update 12/03/2014 - 'War Hits Caprica' Former president and Caprican delegate outerlocal has been accused of orchestrating the Picon attack. Zodiac forces, under the command of newly elected president Joliver1998, have launched an attack on the colony of Caprica in order to detain the former president. Zodiac forces have been met with resistance from Caprican rebels, and casualties are high.
