    Sorry for just getting to this, I was busy lately.
    @landeeno215 I have not evicted anyone from any plots within the past week, with the exception of @TheYoungGun 's plot that I gave back to him. The plot was empty at the time I said he could have it back.


    EDIT: TheYounggun getting his plot taken from him was an accident, and the person responsible for it was removed from the town. Do not dare use this to complain against us because it was not our mistake.

    Also you are breaking one of the town rules for your blue wool plot that you own, it has been weeks and you haven't built anything on it. I was feeling nice and decided to let you keep it.
    I REPEAT I DID NOT EVICT ANYONE FROM THE TOWN

    Also what mod is handling this complaint now? I want an official voice in this.


    EDIT: The new mayor @Phantomine has agreed to let me continue as co-mayor. He will be reading me to the owner list.

    @Phantomine It's my plot, he was evicted and it was sold to me. He got it back through a loophole because he did not get an eviction notice. He got a refund because of this. Since he got the refund and it was already sold to me, I should own the plot. I was not noticed of being evicted either, when it was illigally given to him again. It is not as simple as @Sheep_mage claims, All I want is the plot next to my home to expand. He got a refund and offered a new Free plot. I never got a refund and was also never noted of an eviction. Although I should rightfully own the plot, I also want to let bygones be bygones. So I will buy TheYoungGun a plot if relinquishes ownership over to me, the rightful owner. I understand why you would be upset, However going by the rules set. The plot should be mine.

    Very professional and sincere way to speak with a resident of your town, It's painfully obvious you are trying to protect yourself. I do not have a problem with what you said, just how you said it. Sorry I did not know that pointing out mistakes was against town rules. It was not empty, it was connected to my other plot, why else would it directly connected and have no boarder. You admitted that you did not even evict me. You just GAVE my plot away, because instead of dealing with an issue you decided to appease someone. We were both wronged, so why don't you work it out with both of us instead of ignoring my issue. You could have worked out an agreement with us and everyone would still be on great terms. @Phantomine I would consider talking to the co-mayors about how issues are dealt with in town.

    Me and @Phantomine have agreed to keep all active members of the town. Do you have evidence of you buying the plot that I have back to theyounggun? It is not "directly connected" it is just next to it. The plot that you bought's border was shown when you bought it.

    Also I do not think an eviction notice is needed when the plot has nothing on it, but maybe a mod can clarify.

    The problem here is that you didn't mark the plot you say you bought with a sign, and I got no notice of you buying it. If you have proof then I will get you a refund/new plot.

    Fishman accidentally sold @TheYoungGun 's plot to landeedo. Then since it was illegally sold, I gave TheYoungGun's plot back to him. Now landeedo wants it back because he paid for it.

    It that right?
