I bought him fly on a payment plan for 600k so far he has given me 65k down payment and one payment of 90k it had been 64 days since then and i have received one of the 90k payments which are meant to be weekly payments. Ok thanks i checked his forum last seen and its been a wile also if he doesn't respond in 24 hours does he get banned? cuz i dont want him banned because then i cant collect late fees any more.
If he doesn't reply he will get banned, but if he wants to play on the server again then he can appeal and then he has to pay you back after he gets unbanned.
I am saying this from past experience mods will ban him and then not enforce the late fees sorry bud no late fees for u

Alright @bobman3355 unfortunately we cannot charge this user a great amount of late fee's simply because you feel that is how you should be repaid. So this is what is going to happen You will get 445k for the main part of your payment. As for late fee's based on what you have told me and what I have seen the user had until roughly September 25 to repay you because he has failed to do so I am going to give you late fee's from the 26-now. So here is the total you will be repaid: Total Loan: 445k Late Fees: 17k Total Due to you: 462k @chris227227 will be banned for failure to repay loan. Locked. User banned for Loan Scamming.
