Sorry for late response. I knew I could trust chris, I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't forgotten. I will think about an agreement we can reach. I will be posting back here when I have made up my mind. Won't be long

After doing some calculations, at 50k/week for the late fees, the number would total 880,000 ECD. (Inculding this upcoming Sunday) I don't want to put you through that much pressure. My proposal is 750k by December 20th 2014, seeing as you said that you don't have much time to play. This gives you around 2 months to pay me back. If the deadline is not met, I will expect the full 880,000 ECD by January 1st 2015.

Do these terms seem reasonable? @chris227227 @JamieSinn

But a payment is due every week. If the payment is late, a 50k late fee is put on and it is due the next week. Also I double checked the amount due and its 880k not over million.

 

@chris227227 @JamieSinn I want to know if we are in agreement about the numbers stated above and if not lets discuss it and then when all parties are satisfied we can make the contract.

 

Ok, I just want to give @chris227227 a chance to say something before I write up a contract. If he doesn't respond in 24h I will draw it with these numbers.

General Purpose of Contract:
Repayment of late loan payments

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will setup a sign for the payments of 125k to be paid @

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@chris227227 will pay 125k/week totaling 750k, until December 21st 2014 with a 50k/week late fee applying to all late payments.
@chris227227 will pay the first payment on November 15th 2014, then will pay the following payments on the consecutive Saturdays.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
